Are your flights in your packages ATOL covered?

Yes! SyTours works as a travel broker to find the best deals for our customers. As part of this we also ensure our customers flights are ATOL covered through our partnerships with airlines and agencies.

We are not liable for anything that does go wrong on your holiday/event so we always ask to see individual/business insurance before proceeding with a booking or event.


How do you accept payment?

We currently accept payment via PayPal and Bank Transfer to our Business Account. You will be given regular updates on the status of your remaining balance.


Do I still need my own travel insurance?

Yes! All customers are to provide proof of travel insurance to ensure any emergencies are covered when abroad

Do you only organise carnival holidays?

No. We also have experience in organising travel for international events; wedding parties, hens/stag do's, birthdays and U.K city breaks. We are also open to new ventures so get in touch if you are planning an event/trip abroad.

Do you plan events in the U.K?

Yes. We also know it is stressful organising birthday's in the U.K as well so we can also help with this.
